Join us as we work together to restore this special place by picking up garbage that directly falls into the Hutch.
In an effort to help reduce the amount of trash that makes its way into the Hutchinson River, Hutchinson River Restoration Project will be hosting the Boston Post Cleanup in recognition of National Water Quality Month.
Volunteers will help clean both the shoreline and nearby streets that directly contribute litter and debris into the river system through storm drains and runoff. By targeting these areas, we can help prevent pollution from entering the waterway and improve the health of the river and surrounding ecosystem.
Join us in making a direct impact on the Hutchinson River while learning more about the connection between our streets, stormwater systems, and local waterways. Every piece of trash removed helps protect wildlife, improve water quality, and create a cleaner environment for the community.
