Forest Hills Green Team

We have volunteers who have not missed a week when we were running our food scrap drop off site; other volunteers who have gone frequently to clean up our Yellowstone Boulevard Site. We have relationships with CommonPoint Queens; Friends of MacDonald Park; Friends of Yellowstone Park

We have run a volunteer food scrap drop off site; we maintain a street garden on Yellowstone Boulevard between Burns and Austin Street and we have organized a number of clean ups on Metropolitan Avenue in partnership with MetroVillage, a business association along Metropolitan Avenue; Queens Community Board #6; Forest Hills Stadium; Senator Addabbo; Assemblymember Hevesi and Councilmember Schulman.
