7th Street Bock Association

We are the block association for 7th street. We are not affiliated with any other organizations. We sometimes raise money for non-profits at our block gatherings. 

We host a few block cleanups throughout the year. Mainly to properly take care of our tree pits, clean up trash that the sweeper misses due to non-compliance to Alternate Side Parking, pick up litter and recycle plastics/paper, scraping rat poop off the sidewalk/stoop areas, review NYC trash guidelines and give advice on how to better handle trash containment & pickups , minor gardening & tidying up of tree pit areas
