Who We Are
I started East Village Neighbors in March 2020 to help neighbors during the pandemic. We opened a community fridge on 12th St and 1st avenue in 2021 that has been managed entirely by volunteers and donations from local businesses. The fridge was recently moved to the 6th Street Community Center where it is thriving
What We Do
We are a coop building that is concerned about the state of our street. We have been working with local businesses and the school on our street to help clean up the area. We are hoping to bring the community together to help solve the issues on our street.
