Who We Are
Sunnyside Social began in fall 2019 as a means to connect neighbors with one another. Resuming events in 2021, Sunnyside Social evolved into a monthly happy hour to help connect neighbors and support our local bars coming out of the COVID-19 Closures. Since then we have hosted monthly happy hours for three years, raised money for mutual aid, and begun our neighborhood clean ups through the warmer months.
What We Do
We began our neighborhood clean ups in 2023 and so far have picked up hundreds of pounds of trash from sidewalks, streets and tree pits in Sunnyside.
