Who We Are
Friends of Raymond Bush playground works to elevate community voices and organize neighbors, parents, youth, local businesses, and block associations around revitalizing Raymond Bush Playground, a storied Central Bed-Stuy recreational area featured in the 1997 documentary Soul in the Hole.
What We Do
Friends of Raymond Bush Playground organizes park interior and exterior clean-ups, perennial plantings, and cultural activities and engages in parks advocacy. We welcome collaborations and activations with other local groups, as well as new members.
